Sub:   Limited Departmental Competitive Examination (LGO), 2011 for the vacancies of the year 2011 for promotion to the cadre of Postal/Sorting Assistants.


Sir/Madam,



          In supersession of this office letter of even number dated 13.04.2011 regarding the conduct of Limited Departmental Competitive Examination (LGO), 2011 for Postal/Sorting Assistants of Divisions of the vacancies of the year 2011, which was scheduled to be held on 29.05.2011, will now be held as per the revised schedule given below;-

3.       There will be no change in the Examination Schedule for the promotion of LGOs in other Wings namely MMS Assistants, Foreign Post Assistants, RLO Assistants, Stores Depot Assistants and CO/RO Assistants and it will be held on 29.05.2011 as already decided. The Application Form Kits supplied by CMC shall not be used for this Examination as it is to be conducted as per the old pattern by the Circles only.



4.           Given the revised dated of Examination for promotion to Pas/SAs in Divisions,

Circles should recall the Application Form Kits already supplied to candidates and start supplying the Application Form Kits to the willing candidates for the said Examination in the month of July, 2011 so that the Forms should reach to CMC by 4th August, 2011 after due verification.
